A beautiful whimsical painting of what could be a French version of Katrina making her way home from the 19th century equivalent of the laundromat - I'm sure they existed - carrying a basket of freshly laundered socks through the snow. Lovely wispy brush strokes and soft muted colours, this is a gorgeous little painting in an equally gorgeous frame.
