A Stunning Louis Philippe Silver Mirror
This is particularly nice, purchased in Brittany.
When you buy mirrors in France they are generally ornate. This one is the plainest of the plain, it has a moulded frame with a flat mitred bottom and round shoulders. Pure Louis Philippe understatement.
Silver gilded, the mirror has its original mercury glass.
