French Provincial Dining Table

I'm not certain where this table has been hiding - I think I must have had some surgery to remove deep drawers that were in it when we purchased it. You wouldn't have been able to get your knees under it if we kept them!
Anyway, it is perhaps the nicest top I have seen on a table in ages. 18th-century chestnut, and as soon as you look at it, you just want to touch it. Excellent grain, and colour like a chestnut horse!
