William & Mary Period Gate-Legged Table

This is an early gate leg table - one look and you just want to touch it! We found it in France, but it is totally English. The four fixed legs are turned in the manner of a cannon, and the two single gates support the 17th-century oak top. The patina and age of this table are just wonderful - circa 1690!
