Louis XV Sofa
We shipped this beautifully-proportioned Louis XV sofa, or Canape, from Brittany a few years back. It is the most comfortable model, with large loose cushions reupholstered in charcoal cotton velvet. Most modern sofas are upholstered to the ground, but this sofa is raised on eight carved Louis XV legs, giving the piece an overall lightness. The moustache-shaped back complements the serpentine front rail. Fantastic quality, colour and comfort.
