These bedsides could only ever be made in France.
The work that has gone into these cabinets could not now be costed: hundreds of hours of work has gone into the walnut and kingwood inlays that decorate the two shaped doors. These sit beneath a single inlaid and shaped drawer.
The flat top is made complete with a raised, shaped edge above.
The Louis XV legs descend gracefully into the tiny brass ormolu mounts.
Perfect proportions, great colour and patina.
