A bronze pear sits on top of this stylish French Empire/Louis XVI commode: simple, but so refined.
Each drawer is fielded with a recessed panel surrounded by a clever, quarter-round brass moulding. Regency handles complement the Louis XVI escutcheons on each drawer.
The brass-tipped, turned and fluted legs lead up into the three-quarter-round columns at the corner of the chest.
Finished in a lovely blue-grey.
