Semainier

Very understated, this French chest of drawers is referred to as a Semainier, one drawer for each day of the week - if you are very organised you can put a special outfit in each drawer and something racy for Friday!
Each drawer has a brass-fielded panel with round Empire brass handles. The corners of the chest are turned and fluted, and the entire piece is raised on turned and fluted feet giving lightness to an otherwise solid chest. Topped with a Carrara marble, just perfect!
