Arsenic Green Empire Console
This French console table, dating from the 1820s, has been re-imagined in gold leaf and arsenic green - a popular colour in the late 1800s. Fortunately, no arsenic was used to create this colour in the 21st century.
Topped with Italian black fossil stone sitting over a single drawer, supported by a scroll-shaped base raised on claw feet - The World of Interiors should have this in their magazine.
