Louis Philippe Sideboard
When you get to France everything is so ornate, I struggle to find these plain dresser bases. It is very exciting when you do find one.
This dresser is just the ticket - plain and very nice with classic Louis Philippe feet. Swan handles decorate the three drawers. The three doors, with their shield-shaped key escutcheons, all have fielded panels, and the middle door's fielded panel is arched. So French!
