We get requests for these large Refectory tables on a pretty regular basis. We tend to avoid them because of the sheer weight of them.

This 3.2m long table is over 200kgs with the cast iron base.

So Wetherby, our ever-clever table man, has evolved an 18th century technique to dry joint these tables so that they arrive as a kit for him to assemble on site.

We put this monster together in our studio before it headed off to Wanaka.
