Ebonised Louis XVI Cupboard
When you go to France it seems initially that everything is ornate, so I get excited when I find these plain Louis Philippe-style cupboards.
I don't suppose they have much age but they are perfect with plain doors, their panels fielded with brass, a lovely Carrara-marble top and turned and fluted columns and feet.
