Swedish Settle with Lift Lid
A classic Swedish coffer/daybed, with lift up lid.
My upholsterer got confused and made a loose cushion for the top, it should have an attached upholstered seat, but it is all okay as you can now choose another fabric if the cushion doesn't suit.
Typically placed in an entrance or hall, these versatile pieces are equally at home in a bay window or at the foot of the bed.
