French Empire Console Table
I purchased this table in Chartres, France. The table's base is an early French casting, not dissimilar to a Coalbrookdale-style from the same period in England. The original oak top sets off the ormolu shading on the cast iron base, and the stolen figs on the top reflect the super colour of the table's oak top.
