Possibly the finest French Louis XV Bureau Plat we have had in stock for many years. The desk's Kingwood marquetry, complemented by the finest ormolu mounts we have ever seen, are gorgeous. Even the parquet drawers are fielded to give them depth - hard to see in the photograph. The desk's top is inlaid with a tan and gold embossed leather insert. At 1700mm x 850mm, this desk certainly makes a statement!
