This is the real deal - 18th century Louis XIV period French oak dresser base.

From the north of France, purchased in Brittany - delicious colour - patina and style - The two doors open on original black cast iron lift off hinges to reveal plenty of storage for full height bottles. 

Above the doors is a brushing slide to cut cheese and cured meats! Or to serve drinks.

Each door is fielded in the Louis XIV manner and the whole is supported by strong period Louis ogee feet.
