Marble Topped Louis XVI Walnut Console
We often paint or gesso (colour) these console tables, but this is made from French walnut and it has an exquisite original marble top that complements its walnut base.
This Louis XlV period console with turned and fluted legs, connected for stability with a shaped stretcher base, looks so light and delicate.
Very nice.
