Cricket Table
From Yorkshire, a Georgian oak cricket table. Greenie, my agent, does well to find these tables. I never seem to have any joy when I am buying in England. This table doesn't have a shelf, but it does have excellent proportions, a stretcher base and a beautiful patina.
Circa 1790
Recently, in the home counties, one of these tables sold at auction for £5000 plus buyer's premium.
