French Bureau Plat

A lovely French bureau plat made in the French Empire style, with tapering legs, brass detail on the feet and drawer and brass escutcheons. This desk has three drawers across the top, one either side of a shallower middle drawer. The arrangement of the drawers is mimicked on the other side of the desk, so it will look good from all angles. These are truly elegant desks, with a clear, straight form that looks good in modern interiors.
