This George II two drawer sidetable is the epitome of good early Georgian design. The plain sidetable has that excellent close grain 1/4 sawn oak that you find on these period pieces. The original swan necked brass handles are exactly the right weight to compliment the legs of the table which have that clever inside champher that gives this table that fine Georgian balance.
