Happy New Year!

2014 is off to a flying startwith a container sitting on the doorstep on our first day back at work! It is now unpacked and the contents are looking great. Greenie, my man roving in Europe has finished the container with some fantastic finds from Brittany, including one of the most impressive Bombe Commodes we have ever owned-look at the fantastic Kingswood inlays (#9099).

Sales via the website have kept us busy during the summer break. We are happy to send pieces of furniture out of Auckland because it takes a high level of trust to buy sight unseen. Pieces rarely come back, which is nice.

2014 is shaping up to be another busy one for Weatherby George, our library/wine cellar man. Weatherby George's end of 2013 project is pictured here (#1079). The mesh grills for heat control are a new and very stylish bookcase feature.

There are a number of French Provincial 18th century three drawer sidetables in the container-all with marvellous colour.

If you are still reading (sorry, I get a bit enthusiatic) we have some amazing daybed frames, which will make the nicest and most comfortable couches in the world!

Finally, for the man (or lady) who has everything, some lovely old hickory skiis.
