Pair of Gustavian Armchairs
Purchased in Sweden from JJ, our Gustavian source!
These are period Gustavian chairs dating from the early 19th century. The frames still have their original grey gesso finish.
The girls, Kat and Katrina, found this wonderful fabric to complement the chairs, and our upholsterer has coil sprung the chairs' seats and double-piped the fabric making them both very comfortable, and stylish, the way only Scandanavians can make things stylish.
