English Painted Chest of Drawers

Just in from restoration is this lovely English pine chest of drawers from the early mid 19th century. This is a large chest of two short drawers over three long drawers, with turned knobs and turned feet. It has been painted overall in pale grey over-washed in old white, and silver leaf has been used to pick out details such as the handles.
